Inductive Learning Strategy-

Inductive Learning Two main Strategy.

(1) Supervised Learning - यह example के द्वारा की गई learning है, जहाँ एक टीचर defined classes तथा examples के through एक मॉडल को तैयार करने में system की help करता है इसमें system को प्रत्येक class के लिए डिस्क्रिप्शन को find करना होता है या फिर examples में common properties को पता करते है, एक बार description के मिलने पर description तथा class एक classification rule बनाते है जो unseen objects की class को predict करने के लिए use किये जाते है, यह statistics में discriminate analysis की तरह use होता है।

(2) Unsupervised Learning - यह observation तथा Discovery के through की गई learning है, इसमे डेटा mining system को objects तो दिए जाते है पर क्लास define नही की जाती है इसलिए इसमें system अपने आप ही examples को observe करके patterns को identify करते है जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप क्लास के description के लिए एक set बनता है, यह statistics में cluster analysis की तरह होता है।

Statistics - Statistics के पास एक Solid Theoretical Foundation है, परन्तु Statistics से प्राप्त Result इतने Tough होते है कि उन्हें Interpret करना बहुत Difficult होता है, क्योकि इसमे User को गाइडेंस की आवश्यकता होती है कि Data को कहाँ और कैसे Analyse करे, जबकि Data Mining Experts द्वारा डेटा से डिस्कवर की गई Knowledge तथा कंप्यूटर की Advanced Analysis Techniques दोनों को साथ मे काम करने की Permission देता है।

Statistical Analysis System जैसे- SAS तथा SPSS (Statistical Package for social sciences) Analysis के द्वारा Unusual Patterns को Detect करने तथा Patterns को Explain करने के लिए Use किये जाते है, इसके लिए Statistical Models जैसे कि Linear Model का Use किया जाता है।

Machine Learning- यह एक Automatic Learning Process है, जो कि Environmental States तथा Transition के Observation पर आधारित Rules के Construction के समान है यह एक बहुत Large Field है, जिसमे सिर्फ Examples से ही Learning नही होती है बल्कि Reinforcement Learning तथा Teachers के Through Learning भी Include है।

एक Learning Algorithm Data Set के साथ मे Information को एक इनपुट की तरह लेती है तथा एक statement को जैसे- Result एक Concept में Represent करना तथा एक Output की तरह Return करती है।

Machine Learning Old Examples तथा उनके Outcomes को Examine करके ही New Cases के लिए Conclusion तैयार करती है।

Data Mining Background-

Data Mining Research को कुछ अन्य Fields जैसे- Inductive Learning, Machine Learning ओर Statics के आधार पर तैयार किया गया है।

Inductive Learning- यह एक Model Building Process है, Induction किसी भी Data से प्राप्त Information से Evidence और Reasoning के आधार पर Conclusion है, जहाँ Environment या Data Base को Patterns प्राप्त करने के लिए Analyse किया जाता है।

इसमें एक जैसे Objects की Classes में Grouping की जाती है, और कुछ Rules बनाये जाते है, जिससे कि Unseen Objects की Class को Predict किया जाता है।

Classification का यह Process अलग अलग Classes को Identify करता है क्योंकि प्रत्येक Class में Values का एक Unique Pattern होता है जो कि एक Description Name की Class बनाता है क्योंकि Environment का Nature Dynamic होता है इसलिए यह Model Adaptive होना चाहिए अर्थातः यह समझने योग्य होना चाहिए।

Inductive Learning में दो Main Strategy Use होती है।

(1) Supervised Learning

What Is Data Mining ? डाटा माइनिंग क्या होता है ?

Data mining को Knowledge Discovery भी कहते है, Data Mining वह Process होती है जिसमे Large Data के Group से Small Data को Search किया जाता है।

इस Process में Traditional (परंपरागत) Statistics, Artificial Intelligence तथा Computer Graphics का Use किया जाता है।

Data Mining में Data को Analyze करने के लिए Data Mining Tools का Use किया जाता है, ये Tools Effective तथा Powerfull होते है।

Data mining के निम्नलिखित Goals होते है।

(1) Explanatory- इसमे (Visual) दिखाई देने वाले Event या Condition को Explain किया जाता है, अर्थात Data को Explain किया जाता है।

(2) Confirmatory- Confirmatory में Probability से Free Assumptions की Confirmation की जाती है।

(3) Analyzatory- इसमे New Data को Analyze किया जाता है, जिसमे Positive Feedback दिया जा सके।

Information विभाग hardware एवं Software के लिए तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान करता है, लेकिन संगठन की सारी सूचना विधियों का खाका तथा उसे लागू करने में भी शामिल हो सकता है।

पेशेवर I.S. यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि यह प्रणाली सभी तरह की सही सूचना और रिपोर्ट जो कि संगठन प्रबन्धक एवम कर्मचारियों को अपेक्षित है प्रदान करता है।
